Clash on the dunes

Diriyah, Saudi Arabia

‘Clash on the Dunes’ arena in Saudi Arabia was built at the UNESCO heritage site Diriyah to seat 15,000 attendees who will witness the biggest sporting event in the Middle East. The arena was built from scratch exclusively for the heavyweight world title match between Anthony Joshua and Andy Ruiz Jr. The stadium was built from almost 300 tons of steel and covers an area of 10,000 square meters. The BOX Seat collection was selected for its fast-assembly benefits, which were crucial for the success of this venue.

The BOX Seat was selected to supply and install the multi coloured range of our 901 model in the impressive grand stand overlooking the fast straight of the track.

The tight-folding design of the 901, and the maximised row depth as a result, has a wealth of benefits to an event setting as well. Briefly, decreasing the time taken to reach vendor facilities increases a venue’s revenue potential. Improving access and egress from the event enhances crowd safety and also lowers a venue’s operational overheads – security and cleaning personnel and power costs.
